Our  emergency air conditioning repair service is available to all S. Florida residents and bussinesses. The emergency ac repair  service rate is 150$ per hour. Outside our service area we add an additional travel fee of 75$. Materials are  additional. We require a credit card to book after hours service calls.

AC repairs are not estimated and we require payment for diagnossis of all air conditioning and refrigeration equipment repair.  Estimates for installation of new AC equipment are free but  may require a deposit that will be refunded  as a discount on the cost of ithe installation or may require a 1 hour labor charge if the estimate itself is  labor intensive such as design and layout of new construction ductwork  or if extensive/multiple site visits are necessary.

N. Miami is full of HVAC companies like us, so why are we different? First, we are hourly.  Thats a big difference. We will never over charge and make it seem like a deal using a flat fate or up front price. Those are just pricing schems designed to look like a deal, in reality they are over priced and  not in your favor. Also, we are owner operated.
